Scott Long - Director

Scott is a veteran of in-house legal and commercial practice.   Scott’s experience spans 20 years of work in the commercial property, defence industry, IT and higher education sectors. He has built a broad range of knowledge and capability in commercial transactions, complex procurement, compliance, corporate governance, dispute resolution, risk and insurance management, and general business operations. 

Scott is also a non-executive director of the ACH Group, a leading not-for-profit aged care organisation, supporting older people to live good lives since 1952.

Having working in various fields as an both a lawyer and commercial manager Scott is unphased by working with the unfamiliar and unusual.  If you have a problem, Scott will find a solution.

Kim Evans - Consulting Lawyer

Kim is adept in the fields of business development, strategic planning, governance, capital project delivery, legal compliance, risk management, commercial negotiation, and policy development, particularly in commercial property, public infrastructure, the higher education sector, and in the not-for-profit and sport sectors.  An active member of Australian Rugby community, Kim served 11 years on the South Australian Rugby Union Judicial Committee, with 6 years as the Chair, overseing over 1,500 cases. 

 In addition to 25 years’ experience in in-house and commercial legal practice, Kim also boasts an impressive track record of highly effective leadership, and interpersonal, management and organisational skills in the not-for-profit sector.  Her particular strengths include strategic and lateral thinking, relationship building, and commercial acumen.
